Anger and Frustration, a misunderstood sign of a needed Change

It seems as if anger and frustration is all you feel, at the same time there are feelings of loneliness, anxiety, depression, and a need to connect. It is difficult to explain what exactly is going on before you begin to raise your voice, isolate, gravitate towards a substance or have a panic attack. It is hard to understand what exactly is contributing to these consuming, embarrassing, and demoralizing symptoms. You have been to therapy before and it has hardly helped you maintain the life you desire. It is time to take steps forward without the fear of eventually falling back to the same overwhelming feelings. EMDR is a modern approach to finally resolve feelings of insecurity, low self-esteem, social anxiety, depression, and anger that pushes away those around you.
